Smart Operations Platform for Power Distribution Communication Networks
See the Whole Network. Act as One Team.
Assets, alarms, work orders and AI assistance in one workspace for distribution communication network operations.

The starting point
Scattered data slows you down
Asset records, network relationships, monitoring and alarms live in separate places, so on-duty staff jump between systems just to find what needs attention.
Fault handling runs on phone calls
Without a shared record of assignments and actions, supervisors struggle to see who owns an issue and where it stands.
Know-how is hard to find
Procedures and past lessons sit in scattered documents and people's heads, so looking things up during an incident takes time.

What sets it apart
Built for distribution communication networks
Everything is organized around devices, sites, network relationships, alarms and fault handling — not repurposed from a generic task tracker.
Spot it and fix it in the same place
Monitoring, work orders and knowledge share one workspace. Creating a linked work order from the alarm page and the full workflow are in development.
AI that assists, never overrides
AI chat and diagnostic suggestions help your team understand an issue, with suggestions requiring human verification before use. It never replaces professional judgment or on-site safety procedures.
Use cases
On-Duty: Pinpoint What Needs Attention
When a device anomaly or alarm needs attention, on-duty staff can review related device, monitoring and alarm information in one workspace to help identify objects requiring human follow-up. Current scope: Core pages are in preview; the full chain from metric change to a new alarm is in development.
Supervisors: Coordinate Fault Response
Supervisors can assign work orders to staff and maintain handling records to support task tracking. Current scope: Manual work orders are in preview; one-click alarm-to-work-order, the full multi-role workflow and notifications are in development.
Engineers: Tap into Know-How and Analysis
Facing a device anomaly or looking for a procedure, engineers use AI chat, diagnostic suggestions and the knowledge base to gather reference information, then verify it before acting. Current scope: No diagnostic accuracy or unattended operation is promised; automatic knowledge capture and full version management are in development.
Architecture
Simplified illustration, not a production deployment topology. Dashed boxes are in development or planned; existing components do not imply end-to-end acceptance.
