The starting point
Scattered leads, broken follow-up
Leads from your campaigns sit in different back offices. Who owns each one, how far it has progressed, and which ones are junk — nobody has the full picture.
More DMs than your team can handle
At peak hours agents jump between tabs, replies slow down, messages slip through, and the same answers get typed again and again.
Problems surface too late
A stalled data sync, negative comments under your videos, a dip in lead quality — you usually hear about it from an unhappy client first.

What sets it apart
Focused on leads and messages — nothing else
No campaign planning, creative, or finance bloat. It's light to deploy and quick to learn, and optional modules such as the AI assistant are switched on only when you need them.
Every record shows where it came from
Each lead is tagged as platform sync, manual entry, or demo data; anything that can't be traced is marked "source unverified." Sync times are recorded as they are, never swapped for import times.
AI is optional, not a prerequisite
The full product works without it. Turn it on and every AI-generated reply is labeled — and you can switch it off at any time.
Use cases
Agency Lead Manager
Challenge: Serving several local merchants at once, with a heavy daily lead flow. How: Bring Douyin leads and manually entered leads into one pool, assign them by owner, and keep an eye on the quality dashboard. Result: Every lead has an owner and a history, and the share of junk leads is visible at a glance.
Merchant DM Agent
Challenge: Too few hands when DMs peak. How: Handle every conversation in the agent workspace, answer with the knowledge base and quick replies, and turn on AI assistance if you choose. Result: Less tab-switching, fewer missed messages, and more consistent answers.
Operations Lead
Challenge: Worried that a sync failure or a negative comment will go unnoticed. How: Subscribe to alerts and review the daily sync health report and comment dashboard. Result: Issues are found and handled the same day — before a client has to tell you.
Architecture
System layers. Platform integrations require your own platform qualifications; the AI assistant is optional and can be switched off entirely.

Workflow
Lead in → Assign → Follow up → DM service → Quality review. Platform sync and Laike DM Import are in development and require your own platform qualifications.
Lead in
Leads enter the pool via platform sync (in development; own qualifications required) or manual entry, each automatically tagged with its source.
Assign
Managers assign leads to sales or service staff; unassigned or reclaimed leads go to the shared pool for reassignment.
Follow up
Owners log every follow-up, so progress is always visible.
DM service
Agents handle DMs in the workspace using the knowledge base and quick replies, with optional AI assistance (always labeled); promising conversations can be marked as leads and sent back to the pool.
Quality review
The lead quality dashboard, comment dashboard, and daily sync health report bring it all together, with automatic alerts for anything unusual.
Manual Entry
Manually entered leads enter the pool, each automatically tagged with its source.
Shared Pool & Reassignment
Unassigned or reclaimed leads go to the shared pool for reassignment.
DM-to-Lead Pool
Promising conversations can be marked as leads and sent back to the pool.
Platform Sync
Leads enter the pool via platform sync, each automatically tagged with its source (requires your own platform qualifications).
